This is an awesome chia seed smoothie recipe with citrus powerhouses— pineapple and oranges. Chia seeds add protein and minerals that make it a perfect weight loss and muscle building smoothie.
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 serving Protein Smoothie Boost
- Blend spinach, water, and oranges together until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
*Use at least one frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
