Plant-based whole foods smoothie to detox your body naturally. Uses pineapple, mango and a blend of kale and spinach to nourish and heal your body.



  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach 
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple


  1. Blend spinach, kale, and water until smooth. 
  2. Add remaining fruit and blend again.


* Use recommend using frozen mango and pineapple
