- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup water
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup mango (frozen)
- ½ banana (frozen)
- Blend spinach and water together first.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Depending on your blender, you may need to pause and push down the frozen fruit with a spoon and blend multiple times to get the desired consistency.
- Serve in a bowl with fresh berries and sliced bananas. You will need a spoon for this bowl of green smoothie thickness!
