This is the green smoothie recipe that Vani recommends to everyone that’s a part of the Food Babe community. She packs in extra greens with kale and celery, and the pineapple + grapefruit combo balance each other perfectly.
- 2 cups fresh kale
- 1 cup water
- 2 large stalks of celery (chopped)
- ½ cucumber (chopped)
- ⅓ grapefruit
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- Blend kale and water until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
