- 1 cup kale
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 orange
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple*
- 1⁄2 cup mango*
- 1 tbs. chia seeds
- Place kale, orange and water in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Add remaining fruit and blend again.
Feel free to blend in the chia seeds or sprinkle on top for a crunchy texture.
