Peach Mango Cream Green Smoothie

If you’re looking for a super creamy, tropical green smoothie that you can use as a meal replacement—this is it! This recipe is pulled straight out of our free Fresh Start 1-day cleanse sample kit for you to enjoy. Leave a review below and let me know what you think!

Packed with healthy fats, protein, and nutrient-rich fruit + leafy greens, this delicious smoothie is sure to keep your body going until your next snack or meal. What’s more, coconut oil is uniquely absorbed in the small intestine, providing the body with a more immediate form of energy rather than storing it for later. Now that’s what we call rawesome! 😉

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x
  • Category: Breakfast, Drinks

This dreamy, tropical tasting smoothie has all the bases covered—healthy fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals, plus, it tastes great! The addition of coconut oil helps give your body an energizing boost, while being easy on the digestive system.

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup peaches (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  1. Place spinach, water, cashews, and coconut oil in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

If smoothie is too thick, add a little water and blend again.

Can you also include protein powder for extra protein?

  4. SGS Rawkstar

    Hi Irish,

You definitely can! We love adding plant-based protein powder. One of our favorites is from The Natural Citizen. Check them out here…

what would you recommend to replace the cashews if you cannot eat that type of nut?

  6. SGS Rawkstar

    March 24th, 2017 at 5:13 pm

    Hi Lisa,

Swap in another nut you enjoy. Two of my favorites are almonds + walnuts!

I was unsure about this smoothie because of adding the coconut oil but it blended well and added a great taste.

After tasting the other smoothies, I didn’t like this one very much.

  9. Clara

Personally, not a fan of this recipe. I soaked my cashews overnight and when I blended them it just turned out to be nasty and gritty. Plus, I don’t think the coconut oil helped the texture, and it really made my blender hard to clean. I would not make it again.

    Hi Clara,

Blending nuts can sometimes be tough on lower power blenders. You can always swap them out for another plant-based protein you enjoy. Here are a few of our favorites…

This smoothie is delicious!! I definitely recommend going for the vanilla- it really finishes the smoothie off to taste like a cream! My cashews blended up perfectly with the rest of my ingredients in my Blendtec!

    Hi Abby,

Allergic to coconut and nuts? No worries! My favorite swaps for this recipe are oats + avocado! They’re both super yummy and will give you a major protein + healthy fat boost.

I have not made this one yet, but it looks good. Although in my case. 71 yo male who is trying to gain 15-20 pounds, I find that all of the smoothie systems I have found are geared toward weight loss.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Ernest,

Looking to make gains instead of losses. Boost your smoothies with protein + healthy fats! Here are a few of our favorites…

And FYI: you’ll see our post is about meal replacement. If you’re trying to gain weight, add these booster to your smoothie + have your smoothie along with your regular diet, instead of swapping out a meal.

    Hope this helps!

Perfect blend! Seriously, I have been drinking a “green” smoothie daily for last 4 years.y kids have no clue that they are drinking spinach/ or kale. Tip: Freeze fruit! It’s more of a frozen smoothie/ slushy. I love the cold bc it takes away from the thick texture. Trust me- you won’t be disappointed!

Just delish. I really licked the inside of my mason jar when I’d drained the smoothie. A definite go-to, pick-me-up and decadent-tasting richness without the fat and extras your body really doesn’t need. I second added frozen fruit. It really made me feel like I was eating ice cream!

I love your smoothies! However, I have heard differing information about coconut oil, and have heard that it is one of the worst oils you can eat. Do you have any posts about the pros/cons of ingesting coconut oil? Thanks so much!

    June 4th, 2018 at 9:53 pm

    Hi Mietra,

Great question! I was actually just reading this article from the Huffington Post and they do a great job of going through the recent report from the American Heart Association and the benefits of coconut oil. Check it out here…

Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is an organization of scientists who take no money from government or corporations. They just use scientific studies and expose who paid for them. Here’s their information on coconut oil: https://cspinet.org/tip/four-coconut-oil-myths-and-facts-you-should-know
I think if your eating like any of the simple green restarts, coconut oil is a great addition. But if your drinking a bullet coffee, frying up a steak, and then adding a table spoon to your smoothie, your likely hurting your heart.
Shame on the Huffington Post for such poor journalism. It’s reads more like a web blog and ignores real science.
