  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach, orange, and water until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
