Creamy coconut milk provides healthy fats and helps the body absorb the benefits from the turmeric.
- 2 cups fresh kale
- 2 cups coconut milk, unsweetend
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 cup mango
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 ground turmeric (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
