Your kids will fall in love with green smoothies through this sweet + healthy treat. Work together to wash the produce, toss in the blender, then do a little dance while it blends away. Then grab a fun straw and sip!



1 cup spinach

1 orange

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 banana (fresh or frozen)


1. Blend spinach, orange and water until smooth.

2. Add remaining fruits and blend again until smooth.

3. Enjoy!
