Making homemade popsicles can be easy, healthy and convenient. These recipes all use plant-based natural ingredients to nourish your body. Pick which colors you’d like to make from the recipe below.

Ingredients

BLUE

  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 12 teaspoons butterfly pea powder
  • 2 white peaches, peeled (or green grapes)
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (helps it turn blue)

GREEN

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water

YELLOW

  • 1 navel orange
  • 2 cups mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup water

RED

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Fill popsicle sleeves using provided funnel.
