This smoothie is specially crafted for pregnancy with ingredients formulated for the health and wellness of mama and baby.


  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 banana*
  • 1/2 cup pineapple*
  • 1/2 cup carrots (uncooked)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or 1 serving Protein Smoothie Boost


  1. Blend spinach and coconut water
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth


*Freeze at least one of these fruits to make the smoothie cold.
