I grew up loving strawberry milkshakes that my dad would make. This is my healthier take on that—one that fuels me up and keeps me going. We also call this smoothie Strawberry Blast.
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- Place spinach and almond milk in blender. Puree until smooth.
- Add remaining fruit and blend again.
Use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold or serve over ice.
