How do you keep a green smoothie fresh?

We call green smoothies the healthiest fast food, because they are super easy to prep + blend, then drink right away or pack up for a busy day. Green smoothies are the very best if consumed immediately after blending, since fruits and veggies start to oxidize after 15 minutes, yet we know that doesn’t always happen. You can store your smoothie in an air-tight container (glass jars w/ lids are our fav!), and then refrigerate up to 2 days, or freeze and thaw when ready to consume. You can even turn any of the green smoothie recipes into a popsicle that you + your kids will love!

    Can’t wait to try the smoothie bowl. Done simple green smoothies on and off for over 5 years and I never have tried a smoothie bowl. Just printed recipes to get back on track so I will add this one to the list

    It’s hard to choose which one I want to try first! I’m thinking it’s a toss up between the fat burning and anti inflammatory smoothies. At some point I’ll try them all.

    I forgot I add why I’m exited to try the two smoothies I picked. I deal with inflammation on a daily basis so having a smoothie that will help with that will be awesome. I’m also trying to find ways to stay in a fat burning zone. Not because I need to lose weight any longer but because I don’t want to gain unnecessary weight while I work in building muscle.

    I’m so in love with the tropical turmeric cleanser. I’ve fallen off the green smoothie wagon but am so excited to get back on. Seeing that recipe was like seeing an old friend, LOL. Thanks for the inspiration!!

    I’m going to try the anti inflammatory smoothie first because I love beets and ginger, but haven’t had them together! I’ve made most of the others, and love them.

    Definitely trying #2 Fat Burning Smoothie! I could definitely use that right now since the cold is coming and I’m not going to be working out as much!

    My favorite it tropical turmeric smoothie, it is delicious. I don’t enjoy smoothies with oranges or grapefruit, so this is one of my go to recipes.
