Vegan Shamrock Shake

Not only will this shamrock shake win you over with the taste, but you can feel good knowing you’re raking in the health benefits with every sip. 


  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Protein Smoothie Boost (optional)
  • coconut whipped cream (optional)
  • cacao nibs+ cherries (optional)


  1. Blend spinach, mint, and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!


*Use a frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
