This delicious citrus vegan smoothie is bright, citrusy and refreshing when you’ve been sweating and hot on a hot summer day. It’s also called Citrus Breeze in my best-selling book, Simple Green Smoothies.
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 orange
- 1/4 cup mango
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- Blend the spinach, water, and oranges together until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
