Enjoy this refreshing weight gain smoothie to nourish your body. Packed with nutrient dense calories to energize and help you achieve your weight goals.


  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk, chilled
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 scoop Protein Smoothie Boost, or other clean protein powder
  • Coconut flakes, optional


  1. Combine all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.


To add more calories, use canned full fat coconut milk vs light coconut milk.
