STILL HAVE SOME QUESTIONS?

(WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED)

Fresh Start is a plant-based cleanse designed to gently rid your body of toxins while filling you with lots of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. While Let’s Eat is also focused on fueling your body with nutrient-rich goodness (you’ll still see lots of veggies!), it is not a cleanse, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Also, unlike Fresh Start, the Let’s Eat meal plan includes dairy, eggs, and bread. Of course, all of the recipes can be modified to be dairy-free, gluten-free, all-veggie, and more!

The Let’s Eat plan as written is vegetarian, as some of the recipes include dairy and/or eggs. If you’d like to add more animal protein into the mix (such as fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, or beef), go right ahead! Vegan? Feel free to swap out dairy and eggs with your favorite vegan substitute. But please be aware that we haven’t included guidance with this in the meal plan. It’s up to you to tweak according to your own dietary restrictions.

We’ve created Let’s Eat to be a vegetarian, family friendly meal plan. There are nuts, dairy and eggs in many of the recipes, yet it’s possible to tweak to make it work for your allergies. Feel free to swap out items with your favorite allergy free substitute. But please be aware that we haven’t included guidance with this in the meal plan. It’s up to you to tweak according to your own dietary restrictions.

We’ve created Let’s Eat to be a vegetarian, family friendly meal plan. There is gluten in many recipes such as the pizza, sloppy joe’s buns, lasagna, etc. Yet it’s possible to tweak to make it work for you. Feel free to swap out common gluten items with your favorite gluten-free options, but we haven’t included guidance with this in the meal plan. It’s up to you to tweak according to your own dietary restrictions.

The Let’s Eat meal plan was designed with families in mind, and is meant to act as a helping hand to get families cooking + eating more nutrient-rich, unprocessed foods. Every recipe has been both adult and kid-tested, and has been given a thumbs up by people of all ages! Of course, we know one recipe won’t please everyone, so never hesitate to modify a recipe in order to meet your own family’s needs :).

4 out of 5 Great Recipes

There are a couple recipes that make it into our meal rotation regularly. As a whole, we ended up not liking every single meal, so I don’t use the full week plans for shopping or anything. And I feel like a lot of the dinners still need a side to go along, so I ended up needing to buy beyond what the meal plans called for the few times I did use them as written.

But over all, the recipes are great, and I am very happy I purchased this.

5 out of 5 Love this!

It is a lifesaver to have simple recipes that are healthy and taste great! The photos make everything much more inviting. Meal prep instructions and the shopping lists just put the icing on the cake (so to speak). Oh, and love how fast it all comes together. Don’t forget the Summer Lets Eat is just as tasty and helpful.

    3 out of 5 It's a keeper!

I hate making dinner and I hate meal planning even more. Yes, you still have to go to the grocery store and purchase all the ingredients for these recipes, but otherwise this is as easy as it gets. Here are the things I love:
    1) I LOVE the way it’s all laid out ahead of time for the whole week, with an organized shopping list (I make copies of each week’s list so I can cross things off at the store). The big batch recipes make meal prepping easier as the week (and month) goes on.
    2) I am a picky eater but I like at least 95% of these recipes. Several of them I’ve made over and over. I even found surprising favorites from recipes that I didn’t think I would like just by looking at them.
    3) I am a vegetarian but my husband eats everything (and I mean just about everything because he didn’t grow up in the states). I love that this meal plan has a vegetarian base with an optional meat eaters guide. Not only that, but each meat dish has suggestions on which recipes it goes with, which is great for this vegetarian because I would probably end up with some wacky combinations otherwise.
Bottom line is that this meal plan is well worth the investment. I printed the pages out and put them in plastic covers in a nice hard binder for use over and over and over again. It’s definitely a staple in my kitchen!

4 out of 5 Love it

I am a mum of two with a husband that works away a lot. I never seem to get a chance to really think about what to eat, and I hate the question ‘What’s for dinner?’. So this did all that for me – a shopping list, nightly meals all sorted for the week. A lot of the meals have now become staples in our house which is always a good sign! I also like that these are seasonal so that the produce is what is readily available.

5 out of 5 Dinner Has Never Been So Easy

We love Let’s Eat Fall. I bought it last year, and we cooked from it until the weather got warm again, and we just started cooking from it again when October started. I like that the recipes are adaptable for our families food challenges (I can use dairy free cheese for example), and offer plenty of variety. I’m the only one in the family who can’t eat meat, but everyone enjoys the recipes. I keep all our SGS dinner recipes in a purple binder and my husband said, “We could eat out of that purple binder only, and I’d be a happy man.” Thanks for making dinner so easy!
