Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)
  • 1 banana*
  • 1 cup pineapple*
  • 1 cup carrots (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and coconut water
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

*Freeze at least one of these fruits to make the smoothie cold.
