This apple beet juice is my go-to when I want something fresh and vibrant. Sweet red apple balances earthy beets and crisp red cabbage. Fresh lemon adds the perfect bright finish. Ready in about 15 minutes, it makes one bold, ruby-red glass.
Equipment
cold-press juicer
high-carbon steel knife
Ingredients
2
red beets
peeled and diced
1
cup
red cabbage
1
red apple
cored and diced
1
lemon
peeled and diced
Instructions
Run all the ingredients through your juicer, starting with the beet, then alternating apple, cabbage, and lemon for a smooth, even mix.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy.
