Pour
into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Brew your coffee the night before and pop it in the fridge so it's ready to blend cold in the morning.
Freeze your banana ahead of time (peeled, broken into chunks) for the creamiest, coldest texture.
The frozen cauliflower adds thickness and a boost of nutrition without changing the flavor at all — it just tastes like a rich, creamy mocha.
Medjool dates are naturally sticky and soft, so if yours are firm, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes before blending.
Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge, but this one's best enjoyed fresh — the ice-cold coffee flavor is at its peak right after blending.
