This pineapple ginger smoothie packs a tropical punch with sweet pineapple, spicy ginger, colorful kale, juicy oranges, and luscious strawberries that's full of freshness and energy, making it the ideal way to kick off the day.
Equipment

Ingredients

cup
kale
baby

orange
peeled

inch
ginger root

cup
almond milk
½
cup
pineapple
frozen
½
cup
strawberries
frozen

tablespoon
chia seeds
Instructions
Add
kale, ginger, orange and almond milk to the blender.
Blend
on high speed until all leafy chunks are gone and you have a smoothie consistency.
Add
pineapple, strawberries and chia seeds and blend again.
Serve
immediately.
Notes
Add 1 serving of
