This rich, creamy coconut-milk based paleo green smoothie is full of sweet fruity flavor, fiber, leafy greens, and other nutrients to keep you going strong.
Ingredients

cup
leafy greens
ex: baby kale, spinach, chard
½
cup
water
½
cup
coconut milk
½
orange
peeled
½
carrot
peeled and chopped
1
cup
cherries
frozen
1
serving
homemade protein powder
optional
Instructions
Blend
greens, water, and coconut milk until smooth.
Add
the orange, carrot, cherries, and any additional protein boost, if using.
Blend
again until smooth.
Notes
Ramp up the protein content of this smoothie by adding homemade protein powder, which is paleo-friendly.
Refrigerate for up to 2 days, yet def has best texture when just made.
