This orange banana smoothie is also known as "Simple Citrus". I like to drink this smoothie post run. If I'm doing a long run, I'll swap the water for coconut water to help replenish my electrolytes.
Equipment
high-speed blender
Ingredients

cup
spinach
½
cup
water
1 ½
orange
½
banana
Instructions
BLEND:
Place spinach, water and oranges in blender.
PUREE
: Ingredients until smooth and making sure all leafy chunks are gone.
ADD
: Toss in the banana and blend again.
Notes
If using a high powered blender, you can add all ingredients at once and blend.
