Some superfoods work well together in smoothies (berries are a basic smoothie ingredient so you can add in a seed or adaptogen along with the berries), yet don't pile ALL the superfoods in the same smoothie. You can have too much of a good thing.
Start SMALL! These superfoods may change the flavor or texture of your fav smoothie, so start small and work up from there. You get benefits no matter the amount, so there's no need to over do it.
