Combine two of the best summer fruits to create a flavorful Strawberry Watermelon smoothie bursting with nutrients. The fresh ginger adds a pleasant warmth to the smoothie and also helps the digestive system.

high-speed blender
Ingredients

spinach
½
cup
water
¾
cup
watermelon
¾
cup
strawberries
frozen
1
inch
ginger root
1
serving
homemade protein powder
optional
Instructions
Blend
spinach, water and watermelon together until all leafy chunks are gone.
Add
in strawberries and fresh ginger root. Blend again.
Serve
in a glass and enjoy the taste of summer.
