In a high-powered blender, combine mango, peaches and orange juice. Puree, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add a little extra liquid if the blender is struggling. Taste, then add a bit of maple syrup if you want a sweeter result.
Serve immediately for a soft serve sorbet or transfer to an air-tight container and freeze until firm enough to scoop. Store leftovers in the freezer.
