Ingredients

raw honey

raw apple cider vinegar
unfiltered with "the mother"

Instructions
Stir
the honey and ground cinnamon together in a glass.
Add
the apple cider vinegar and stir until honey is dissolved. Add the water and stir well.
Drink
immediately or refrigerate until ready to drink.
Notes
Make ahead:
This drink can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days in a sealed jar. Give it a good stir before drinking.
Adjust sweetness:
Prefer it sweeter? Add more honey or maple syrup, but keep it natural to maintain health benefits.
Ease into it:
New to apple cider vinegar? Start with just ½ teaspoon and work your way up to 1–2 tablespoons as your taste buds adjust.
