When mental fatigue fogs your brain, turn to blueberries and raspberries in this Brain Fog Cure smoothie recipe These brain berries keep debris from polluting the brain- effectively eliminating mental fog.

Ingredients

spinach

green tea
brewed and chilled

raspberries

blueberries

homemade protein powder

Instructions
Blend
spinach and green tea together until smooth.
Add
remaining ingredients and blend again.
Notes
Use at least 1 frozen fruit for a refreshingly cool smoothie.
Make sure the tea is cooled before adding to your blender container; not all blender containers are heat-proof.
Adding a
homemade protein powder
can boost this smoothie with protein + healthy fat to keep you full longer.
