A rich, chocolatey protein shake that tastes indulgent yet supports weight loss. Made with cacao, almond butter, and sneaky veggies like spinach and cauliflower, this smoothie is filling, balanced, and naturally sweet—without added sugar.
Equipment

Ingredients

cup
almond milk
unsweetened
½
cup
spinach
fresh
½
banana
frozen
½
cup
cauliflower florets
frozen

tablespoon
cacao powder
1
tablespoon
almond butter
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
ground
⅛
teaspoon
cayenne pepper

protein powder
Instructions
Add
spinach and almond milk to blender.
Blend
until all chunks are gone.
Add
in remaining ingredients (except protein powder) and
blend on high
until smooth.
Add
in protein powder and blend on low to mix in.
Pour
into glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
If you prefer your shakes
extra
cold, feel free to pour your shake over a glass of ice.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Swap almond milk with the
unsweetened plant-based milk
of your choice.
Swap almond butter with
nut or seed butter
