Hydrate and refresh with this cool Honeydew Smoothie. It has only four ingredients and contains natural electrolytes from coconut water to cool you off on the hot days of summer.
Equipment

high-speed blender
Ingredients

cup
spinach
fresh

cup
coconut water
1
cup
honeydew
½
cup
nectarine
1
serving
homemade protein powder
Instructions
Blend
spinach and coconut water until smooth.
Add
remaining ingredients and
blend again
until smooth.
Pour
into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use at least one frozen fruit for a refreshingly cool smoothie.
Swap spinach with the
leafy greens
of your choice.
