Boost your iron intake with this plant-based iron-rich smoothie bowl using fruits vegetables naturally high in iron.

Ingredients

spinach
fresh

cups
coconut water
unsweetened
½
cup
pepitas
raw

cup
strawberries
frozen

cup
cherries
frozen

bananas

tbsp
cacao powder

tsp
maca powder

homemade protein powder

Instructions
Place
spinach, coconut water and pepitas into blender jar.
Puree
until smooth.
Add
remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Notes
Swap spinach out for the leafy green of your choice.
Use at least 1 frozen ingredient for a refreshingly cool smoothie bowl.
