Blueberry Spinach Smoothie - RTY

Now here’s a creamy dreamy Blueberry Spinach Smoothie! I like to use frozen bananas in this one to make it extra cold, almost like a milk shake.
Ingredients
1 ½
cup
spinach
1
cup
water
unsweetened
½
cup
strawberries
½
cup
blueberries
½
banana
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Instructions
Blend the spinach and water until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Notes
Use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold or serve over ice.
Use canned or carton coconut milk (canned will make a thicker smoothie, carton will make a thinner one with less fat).
Swap coconut milk with the plant milk of your choice, or swap with water.
Swap spinach with the leafy green of your choice.
Cut down on the natural sugar by using 1 cup of spinach and 1/2 banana.
