This cherry acai smoothie bowl blends frozen cherries and an acai packet thick with orange, banana and a handful of Swiss chard you won't spot under all that purple. Pile on fresh berries, granola and mint for a 5-minute bowl with 20g of fiber.
Place the orange, Swiss chard, banana, cherries and açaí in a blender.
Pulse a few times to combine, then blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the blades won't move, add just enough of the water to get them going.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the blueberries, granola, sliced banana, blackberries, raspberries and mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
Prep Tip: Look for unsweetened frozen açaí puree, and run the packet under warm water for a few seconds so it breaks up easily.
Greens Swap: Swap the Swiss chard for the leafy greens of your choice, like spinach or kale.
Lower Sugar: Use 1/4 avocado in place of the banana in the blend for a less sweet, extra creamy bowl.
Freezing: Smoothie bowls are best fresh, but you can freeze leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 month. Let it soften on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes, then stir or re-blend before adding toppings.
