In this Pineapple Green Smoothie, pineapples truly get the spotlight. Pineapples are exceptionally good at preventing heart disease because of the fiber, potassium, and vitamin C content.
Equipment
high-speed blender
Ingredients

cup
kale

cup
coconut water
unsweetened
½
orange
peeled
¼
cucumber
peeled
1
cup
pineapple
frozen
¼
lemon
peeled
1
serving
homemade protein powder
optional
Instructions
Blend
kale, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
Add
remaining ingredients and blend again.
Notes
Use at least one frozen fruit to make smoothie cold
Swap coconut water with regular water
Keep the white pith on the orange and lemon for added nutrition
Add a plant-based protein powder like my
protein powder recipe
to help your body process the natural sugars from this smoothie
