Blend up this strawberry banana smoothie as a fun family treat, or a bright + refreshing morning breakfast. One sip of this smoothie will put a smile on anyone's face; it's truly a smoothie for all ages.
Equipment
high-speed blender
Ingredients

cup
strawberries
frozen
1 ½
banana
1
cup
almond milk
or other non-dairy milk
¼
cup
cauliflower
frozen
1
serving
homemade protein powder
optional
Instructions
Blend
strawberries and non-dairy milk until creamy.
Add
remaining ingredients and blend again.
Pour
into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Top with chia seeds for an extra boost of omega-3's
If using fresh cauliflower, make sure to use 1 frozen fruit for a refreshingly cool smoothie.
Swap the almond milk for the
dairy-free milk
of your choice.
Feel free to add up to 1 cup of
leafy greens
for even more nutrients.
