We’re two friends raising our own families on delicious green smoothies (with a side of silly included). We’ve seen the amazing health benefits firsthand- from losing 27 pounds to get- ting more energy without needing a Starbucks pick-me-up in the morning and again in the afternoon. But it wasn’t always like that.
As first-time mamas, we had absolutely no energy. We were tired of, well, being tired. We had too many things we wanted to accomplish but we needed the energy to do it! Days got long, our lives became busier and more chaotic, and our meals got quicker and less healthy. Can you relate?
Our energy tanked, our stress levels cranked, and weight crept on and stayed on. We tried the diets (and we mean every diet) but feeling deprived has never been our style. And the results didn’t last.
We were looking for a change. Something simple. Something quick. Something that would stick. And something that actually tastes good. How do we make eating healthy, fun, simple, and tasty?
We went from being exhausted and overwhelmed, to being energized and empowered! Best of all – the more we

We realized that this was not another diet, and with the results we were getting, we knew we couldn’t keep our recipes to ourselves.
