Fun challenge!
Super enjoyable! This is my very first time joining the salad challange. I had wanted to join other times and finally did it. I prepared my adult kids ahead of time that I will be making myself salads and they were free to have some. My son whom had never liked to eat salads had a good serving of the Strawberry Mixed Greens. Incorporating greens nuts and vegetables is always my goal but we get in a rut of what the family usually likes and we don’t get around to add those God given delicious and nutritional gifts. Thanks for helping out and preparing these challenges. My favorite was the Healthy Pasta salad I did prepare the dressing a day ahead so that the flavors infused. Also I liked that the salads could be easily modified where I could add a little of the left over herbs greens and herbs if we felt it would go well. I will forever be grateful for your time and effort to help us to be nutritionally happy.
Awesome Power
It was indeed a challenge! And a welcome one. A time to reset a time to commit to structure and discipline with learning and tastebud joy mixed in! A recipe for success. It was also a wonderful experience shared with my family spending time cooking together and exploring new food combinations and completely new foods (walnut meat!). It feels good to complete the challenge and I look forward to the next! Let’s get up to some shenanigans again soon 🙂
Salad Shenanigans
I am so happy that I found this 10-Day Challenge which has now turned into a “lifetime commitment.” This challenge has opened my mind to many different things not only amazing new recipes(which is why I signed up) but I also gained new confidence in trying things that I never thought I would. It has also allowed me to be more committed to myself. Not only for me but for my family as well. Many of the new recipes will be added to our weekly meals…even the kids enjoyed them! Thank you for putting this together and helping me bring a large variety of new challenges into our home. The daily posts were a huge inspiration to even “play” with the recipes given and create new ideas. My favorite so far has been the taco salad…who knew “walnut taco meat” delicious and the cashew cream can be used for so many things! Thanks again!
Fresh Start!
I really enjoyed this challenge. Working at a pretty demanding job with a long commute means that putting the effort into eating healthy doesn’t always happen for me like it should. Having the recipes AND the shopping lists made this challenge so much easier! I can do stuff like this if someone just does the planning for me! I plan to keep on adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. At this point I am probably 90% vegetarian. I feel good and I’ve noticed that even though the scale hasn’t actually moved my tummy is flatter and my jeans feel a little looser. I also enjoyed the recipes so much! Many of them I will definitely be making again!
Veggies for days!
The salad challenge is very easy to commit to and fun. I love making my own dressings and adding items I may have not thought of. I am now almost a full blown plant based person. Thanks to the 21-day plant based cleanse from back in the fall. Thank you team Rawk ! Ya’ll are inspirational.

10-Day Salad Challenge
From the easy to use shopping lists to every last bite, these salads were delicious. Having specific amounts & groups on the shopping list helped keep me organized. The multiple use of many of the ingredients eliminated waste. Every salad was simple to prepare and so delicious! My favorite is the Sweet and Crunchy Salad with the fabulous tahini dressing. Thanks for putting this all together. These recipes took me out of my ho-hum regular salad routine!
Delisiosa!
I joined this challenge on a whim after receiving an email related to Vitamix. I figured, “Why not?” I am SO glad I did!! These recipes taught me how to put so many interesting ingredients together in fresh new ways! So delicious!! Full of flavor!! I learned more about plant based alternatives, such as the delicious walnut “taco meat” and the yummy, versatile, cashew cream. My husband and I looked forward each night to the “next favorite” salad! And I was pleasantly surprised how quickly each recipe came together. I will be watching for the next challenge series!!

I have absolutely loved doing the 10 Day Salad Challenge. All the salads are delicious and easy to make, and im looking forward to making them again. I have also loved seeing everyones salad photos in the fb group, and seeing what some have done differently.

I loved the salad challenge because it was so much more than a salad , it was a complete meal and very unexpected surprise how much I enjoy them. I did have a couple of favs like the taco salad and the kale salad on day 9 . I really makes you open your eyes to a different way of thinking about a salad thanks for the challenge looking forward to others in the months to come!

I am not vegan nor did I completely realize this was a vegan challenge before I started, I learned some amazing tips to live a healthier lifestyle while doing the challenge. I did make some adjustments for time or supplies and I did add some meat for protein at times. I found it to be a great motivator for me to make healthier choices and really kick-start my lifestyle changes.
