My experience with this 10 day challenge is a great idea to get people their attention that eating healthy is just a step in a right direction and the approach that we are taking is just a wonderful thing to do to become a healthy hero is what we are here for this is the moment of gratitude that we are so into this we have to fight for our rights and what we are as people to the world that we are enough of enjoying ourselves in this situation that we are in means we are strong and we are doing our very best to do so.
Eat healthy
I’m a foodie and a healthy eater but this challenge opened my eyes to some new eating experiences and food combinations. Had to adapt some recipes because of allergies but they still proved tasty and yummy. My favorite by far was the walnut taco salad. Made that several times; very impressed with how much it tastes like real taco meat. Looking forward to next salad challenge.
Eye Opener
A very enjoyable lifestyle and fitness challenge that felt like like a foodie recipe fest. The 10 days flew by quickly and I gained new goals NOT new pounds! I increased my steps and averaged over 7500 steps per day. The fitness reminders made me keep up my daily step goals despite my reluctance some days. The smoothie and salad recipes were scrumptious and I loved the variety as I was getting into a boring rut with my morning smoothie ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the Healthy Pasta Salad…hearty and crunchy with so many veggies. I have included a photo of my green salad and my favourite blender!
Fun|Positive and Delicious Challenge
What I learned: 🥕 How to meal prep salads like a boss 🍓 how to make 10 different dressings from scratch 🥒 My family (our 3 year old two year old and two adults) approved 80% of the salads 🫐 That a salad doesn’t have to look or be a certain way. 🍎 That I want to go plant-based eventually with my eating I loved 💕… 🥗 how tasty each salad was and how vibrant they looked with fresh whole food plant-based ingredients 💜 how just one salad or more a day made me feel so energetic and vibrant too! ❤️ the community was so fun to interact with other people going in the same journey!

I loved this challenge and the recipes were yummy! Not every recipe was my fav but I enjoyed trying new things and the support group was fun!
Rawkin Salads 🥗
This was such a fun challenge. And a challenge it was. First was the shopping – it was a bit like a scavenger hunt in my little town. (Never did find kale or fennel.) And then finding out what would work instead. And second such fun combinations of textures & flavors. My favorites were the Vegan Potato Salad & the Lemon Arugula Salad. What I learned was that I like chickpeas & sugar snap peas. And how easy it is to make a salad dressing. Absolutely loved the challenge.
Fun With Salads
A wonderful challenge to get you thinking about using ingredients in different ways/different combinations. A great way to expand your palate. It never is a waste of time and/or energy to grow yourself into being a more healthier person.

Perma Greens
Found the 10-Day Challenge habit forming as it got me into the habit of getting my greens in every day. The recipes featured a variety of foods, some which I never tried in a salads like, nuts, fennel and fruit. The dressings were all amazing.

Ways to Love Your Greens!
I got to try a lot of new recipes and kicked up my use of greens in a good way! I felt good about what I was putting in my body. This may have been a 10 day challenge, but I’ll certainly be including these recipes and more on a more frequent basis
Loving these greens!
I had good intentions. I eat strictly gluten free, so when I saw that many of the salads weren’t gluten free, I lost interest. My other excuse is that I nearing the end of a 90 day thyroid healing protocol. It includes many fruits and veggies so I felt it best to focus on that.
Not my best performance
I love salads – I joined this challenge to push myself to try new ingredients, things I normally would not consider adding to a salad and I feel I met that goal! I would never have added radishes or cucumber to a salad before, but discovered I love the added crunch. I also learned I’m not a fan of arugula but like kale. My favorite recipes were the Taco Salad and the Potato Salad, but I actually loved the dressings for all of the recipes. And I will never again buy bottled dressing, now I know how easy it is to make my own with just a few fresh ingredients. I love these challenges, especially the support and ideas from all of the other participants!
10 Days of Healthy Eating!
I have been really surprised by how much I have enjoyed this challenge! I have liked every single salad, and the variety has been fantastic. I expected a bunch of variations of a green salad, so I have been delighted by the healthy takes on potato and pasta salads as well as the green varieties. My hands down favorite is number 10, the Strawberry Arugula Salad. The brightness of the dressing with the mixed berries is so, so good! Thank you for sharing these recipes and inspiring so many of us to eat more plants! 🙂 I also participated in the Run the Edge challenge, which kept me moving, even on the days I really wanted to take the day off. Thanks for that!! ❤️
