I love fruits and vegetables and salad in general but I lack creativity with food combining, This challenge helped me think out of the box and enjoy such interesting salads that I would not have dreamed up on my own! I really loved the walnut taco meat as an alternative to meat.
I love salads, and this challenge was a great opportunity to try new salads. And, my husband dislikes salads, low and beholdโฆhe really enjoyed almost all of them
I loved the variety of types of salads and dressings. Salad isnโt just always about lettuce. We found some new family favorites, the potato salad and the healthy pasta salad.
I loved all the salad recipes! My favorite was the strawberry basil dressing, so light and refreshing. Itโs going to be a staple in my fridge for salad. Having the recipes will keep me on track to get back in favorite jeans!
I loved loved loved all the different salad ideas. Iโm not creative and would never have thought to put some of these ingredients together or the various dressing we made. My favorite salad, hands down, has to be the taco salad. Nice way to kick off the spring!
I loved the 10 day challenge, it was most certainly a challenge. But also so fun an engaging. Loved it!!
I so enjoyed the different salads and not being bored. My only concern was I was not able to provide my daily Miles. After three days I was blocked from the app and when I left my information I was never contacted.
I thought the 10 day salad challenge was a lot of fun. Love how you gave us a grocery list so we could buy what we needed to participate. This made it so easy to do all the salads in this challenge. Thanks again. It was so much fun to do this.
I enjoyed a lot this salad challenge, and my family did as well! I am definitely adding a lot of these recipes in my meal plans, and I will do this challenge again, because I feel better in my body! Its like it gave my stomach and my digestion a real good break from all the heavier winter meals. I am now ready for summertime! ๐
Not easy getting started but lots of good tools here to help. Have more energy and sleeping better so far so planning to keep going. Thanks for the motivation!
I really enjoyed this challenge. I found a few new salads to add to our regular meals, even the kids enjoyed them. The strawberry arugula salad looks and tastes awesome, a great way to eat the rainbow of Color. The pasta salad showed me how versatile it can be, just toss in what veggies you have on hand, a new favorite. I canโt wait for the next challenge!
I will refer back to these.
The 10-day smoothie challenge was lots of fun and the salads were amazing. All the recipes were easy to follow and assemble and the dressings were delicious. It was easy to adapt to ingredients on hand and add favorite items. I added purple potato to the potato salad, and mixed endive to the kale salad! I really looked forward to making a different salad every day, taking photos and I look forward to next challenge.
It only 10 days and that 10 days helps you to reset, focus on nutrition.
It was good program
This challenge was so great!! I love all the new ideas for the salads. Getting some physical activity is a plus!! Love this ๐
This has been a great 10 days. I enjoyed trying new flavors and combinations. Sometimes the prep was intense day after day but the yummy results made it all work. I am not vegan or Eve am a vegetarian but I love plant based meals and this encouraged me to up my game.
I really needed to eat more greens. This challenge was perfect for that. I tried all 10 salads using ingredients as close to the recipes. I was very surprised that I really liked some that I wasnโt sure about. Plus all the dressings are quite amazing and that in itself will help me eat more greens. Iโm WFPB and just didnโt use oil in anything. I had no issues. I think my favorite salads were the taco salad & sweet & crispy salad. They were more like a meal & I really liked that. The berry salad was truly awesome & was great for breakfast or a side dish. If I didnโt love a certain salad I would add other things & it would be fine. I learned how to mix different veggies, try new greens & use up leftovers. All and all I felt it was a success. I ever bought the book if challenges & am looking forward to the smoothies. Thanks!
The number of salads and different dressings was a bit overwhelming at times. I loved eating a salad every day, but found we needed to scale back and finish the dressings from a day or two before since we seemed to have some left every day. The taco salad was my favorite, but not with the chopped walnuts with seasoning. I usually love walnuts on my salad, and missed the crunch of walnuts. I loved the base of the salad though and left off the crema and just put on some lemon juice. It was also great with taco meat (I don’t think the walnuts absorbed the seasoning the right way). It was also great with or without meat as a side to cheese quesadillas my son learned to make at school. And he loved the beans on the salad. (And I loved he tried something than just plain carrots and lettuce with dressing, which he will eat every day) The strawberry and basil dressing from day one was my favorite dressing. I will be making it more. It’s so easy! And I can not wait to have fresh basil from the garden and mint growing to try it with mint. I may also drizzle the dressing on bread or over top of my Tuscany or Bruschetta bread.
