Super delicious, easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast, lunch and dinner
My family already loved smoothies and made the regularly, but this challenge gave us so many new ideas and recipes! I found several recipes I will be coming back to and learned new techniques and ingredients to improve any smoothie we make. Highly recommend one of Jenโs challenges no matter your level of experience or comfort with smoothies!
I have been making smoothies for years and I’m always up for new ideas, which you have in your newsletter and recipes, thank you! Also, you present a very good intro for people who haven’t been making smoothies, you explain it step by step and it’s never too daunting.
I really enjoyed the challenge. I always _want_ to make smoothies but often just don’t, and the challenge is helping me to develop a regular habit. Using frozen fruits makes things so quick and easy. All five smoothies were great, but my favorites were Tuesday’s green smoothie (it really surprised me how much I loved it) and Thursday’s mango smoothie, followed by the cherry smoothie. I already went out to get more frozen fruit and spinach to make even more!
Easy, quick recipes. Enjoyed the variety & learning substitutions for bananas, dairy & fluids, makes it encouraging to continue making more smoothies during the summer!
I drink smoothies here in Arizona especially in the summer heat!
Been blending for some time and got in a rut. The new ideas and change up of ingredients really enthused me to continue. Very healthy as well.
I loved learning new combinations of things to put in a smoothie. I never would have thought to put frozen cauliflower in, and I just froze my own. Super easy.
The challenge gave me a plan i was able to stick to and look forward to.
After having a smoothie I try eat healthier for the rest of the day.
I really enjoyed the variety of smoothies and flavors were great- my favorite was the watermelon smoothie!
I did a smoothie each day and loved the taste and ease of making them. Making them each day made it easier for me to reach for a healthier snack in the afternoon as well, wasnโt craving anything that wasnโt good for me. I did add spinach each day as well as the chia seeds and collagen.
This was a great challenge. I appreciate receiving a graceful list to prepare. I love making smoothies and always want to try to flavors and combinations. Getting help to create new drinks is great.
The power cherry smoothie was fantastic. A new one for my arsenal.
I enjoyed this challenge at the start of summer! Getting the list of ingredients for the whole challenge was very helpful for planning. Iโll be making several of them again!
Jen always makes great recipes that are easy to follow and plans that are easy to implement! Want to try making better food choices? Wondering how smoothies that often contain vegetables can be good? Want to move toward more whole food plant-based eating but are not sure how to start? Jen’s your girl! This 5-day challenge is an incredibly easy way to dip your toes in the water with someone encouraging you and holding your hand through each step.
I started my daily smoothie routine when Jen published her first book many years ago. After all of these years it is exciting to still have new ones to try. The Best Green Smoothie is a favorite of mine. I seldom buy watermelon, so the Watermelon Smoothie was a super fun and delicious new recipe that I will continue to make. Thanks Jen.
This was a fun, healthy challenge that I would do again! There were combinations I wouldn’t have thought about doing before. There were some familiar flavor profiles as well. I appreciated the shopping list ahead of time so I knew what I needed and didn’t have to run out that morning or the night before.
I looked forward to each morning to what I would be blending up. It gave me a purpose to get out of bed.
Very enjoyable smoothies, different ingredients than I usually use and Iโll continue to make these.
I am a huge smoothie and smoothie bowl person – I make smoothies or bowls almost everyday using my vitamix! Iโm also vegetarian and love plant based eating! I joined to challenge to learn more about great and easy smoothie making and to add variety to the smoothies and bowls I make. The challenge added great and yummy variety to my routine. It also motivated me to make more and stick to my healthy eating goals. The freeze ahead ideas are great too! Really enjoyed the challenge!!
I got to try pomegranate juice and took a leap of faith with added cauliflower to my smoothies. Iโll definitely use cauliflower in future blends.
