FAQs

Do I need to be vegan to enjoy Simple Green Smoothies recipes?

Not at all! Plant-based doesn’t mean strict or all-or-nothing here. A Plant-Based Diet means mostly plants— it’s not vegan. Use meat, eggs, cheese, half and half as a condiment—and you can be plant-based! Jen occasionally eats meat and adds whey isolate powder and collagen to her morning smoothie. These recipes focus on adding more fruits, veggies, and whole foods to your day — however that fits into your life. No labels required, just more plants on your plate.

Where do I start if I’m brand new to smoothies?

Start with my free Smoothie Challenge — it’s the easiest way to build the habit with simple recipes and daily guidance, no experience needed.

What kind of recipes will I find here?

From smoothies to salads, soups, and snacks, you’ll find 500+ plant-based recipes that are simple, ingredient-flexible, and made for real life — not perfection. Most days involve grace when it comes to what we eat. Jen often shares how she’ll start the day with a green smoothie and end up at Taco Bell or Thai restaurant for dinner. That’s how we roll here!
