During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge).     Hey guys, really enjoying the 30-day smoothie challenge. I wondered if you had any advice for storage? I’m making the smoothies the night before because the Vitamix is too noisy to set off at 6am in our small apartment block. Trouble is, when I take them from the fridge in the morning, they are too solid and not drinkable through a straw. This happend with the Coconut Dream this morning. Should I leave it out over night instead of refrigerating?

      Hi Laura,

      Thanks for reaching out. Your coconut milk may be to blame. Are you using coconut milk from the can? While the container doesn’t matter in the long run, coconut milk from the can may have a higher fat content and therefore thicken when chilled. Next time try using coconut milk from your grocery’s refrigerator aisle and see if that helps when storing your green smoothie overnight.

      I bought some shaker cup containers from Whole Foods for my smoothies. They have a metal-type shaker ball with a screw top lid that has a mouth piece that flips open. You just shake them before drinking. I make my smoothies at night and store in these cups to grab and go in the morning.

    I joined the 30 day challenge but noticed there are only 23 days in it? Week 1 has 3 days and week 2, 3, 4 & 5 have 5 days, what went wrong here? My husband and I are loving it though.

      I was wondering the same thing Annette. I usually do my shopping for the upcoming week on Sunday and there is no shopping list to use this week.

        Thanks for your question! Our January 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge kicked-off on a Friday, so we shared 3 recipes to help get you through the weekend, and to start Week 2. You’ll see the following weeks have 5 recipes each. We use the weekends as “free days” to finish up any remaining ingredients or re-blend your favorite recipes from the week.

    Today is my first day of the challenge. I am suprised at how good the smoothie is I can’t taste the spinach at all. I plan to use mine for meal replacements. You made it so simple by including the shopping list. Thanks Rawkstars for sharing the green love!!

    I pretty much love all of the ones that have bananas! I also love how all the smoothies have something different in them that I would have never thought to have put in one myself! So creative!
