We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

Two cups of fresh spinach never tasted so good…

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

Your body’s gonna be transformed from the inside out!

Get ready to crave real foods with natural vitamins and minerals that’ll truly nourish you.

HERE’S WHAT SOME 30-DAY CHALLENGE RAWKSTARS HAVE TO SAY…

bobbi

“I strayed from my diet and started eating breads, pasta, and a few processed foods and not doing my juicing and smoothies. I felt tired and trashed until your challenge got me back on track! I have stuck to it and your shopping lists were the bomb.”

— Bobbi Jo

“I’ve lost around 3 pounds and quite a few inches, all thanks to green smoothies. My fiancé and I used to be on the all-carbs-all-the-time plan, and now we can’t go a day without a green smoothie. Thank you for inspiring me to take this challenge!”

— Emily Shell (and Rodney)

rachel

“I’m certainly no chef, so the fact that the entire smoothie process from refrigerator to cleaning takes 10 minutes is delightful; feels like I’m getting away with something! I can feel the difference and now fit into a size smaller pants.”

— Rachel Camp

I strayed from my diet and started eating breads, This was my first Green Smoothie Challenge (or any challenge). I’m proud to say I completed it! I officially lost six pounds. I truly believe a big part of the weight loss is thanks to the smoothies. I got the vital nutrients my body was missing.

— Lindsay Willey

“I’m on day 41 of at least one green smoothie a day. It’s been an incredible experience for me and even more importantly…. I’m almost 5 months pregnant with my 3rd son yay! I needed this more than you know. So, thank you for everything you all do.”

— Krystal Smartt

“I went into it thinking I’d try it every now and then, but you guys made it super easy. I kept to it every single day. I’ve replaced lunch with a smoothie, and I don’t feel ravenous. I’ve lost the ten pounds I’ve been waiting to lose before baby #2!”

— Sylia Abadi

“The best part was seeing my kids beg for my smoothies. My oldest son, who is 3 1/2, has Down syndrome and he is one picky eater. But he loved these! I’m looking forward to keeping with the habit and sharing with my kids.”

— Tara Cherry

The idea of drinking spinach was a turn off at first. I’ve tried several diets and get bored easily. Since starting the Challenge I’ve lost 10 pounds! I’m sleeping a lot better, have more energy, and make better choices when it comes to my other meals throughout the day!

    Hi,

Can I please ask if your smoothie recipe will cause triglyceride level to increase? i have high triglyceride and have been replacing my meals with your smoothie recipes but found out that the fructose in fruits is the main contributor to high triglyceride.

      Hi!

Thanks so much for reaching out. Since we are not health care professionals, we recommend that you speak with your doctor to determine if green smoothies are a good choice for you at this time. Everybody is so different, and your doctor is best equipped to help you decide what is best for you, personally :).

I’ve been following you ladies for awhile! But haven’t completed an entire 30 day green smoothie challenge! I am looking to jump in on the July one :] and although I probably won’t be able to keep up with all the recipes you incorporate entirely, I am going to try some of them during the challenge and commit to a green smoothie a day with your How To Simple Green Smoothie Guide at the very least with fruits/veggies I already buy!

Most of your recipes serve 2 or more, but it will probably be most likely just me drinking them, do you normally make them for two different people at once, drink two servings yourself, or save one serving for yourself for the next day? I was wondering if I should half the recipe to 1 cup liquid, 1 cup veggie, 1.5 cup fruits to get a single serving? Thank you in advance!

      Hi Caroline!

Thanks so much for reaching out! We’re so happy to have you as part of our community :).

If you’re blendin’ solo, there are a couple options for making the 30-Day Challenge work for you. One option is to blend the full recipe and refrigerate the second serving in an airtight container for up to two days. When I blend a full recipe for myself, I usually like to have one serving for breakfast and save the second one for an afternoon snack! Also feel free to share with a friend, family member, or co-worker :). But totally feel free to halve the recipes, as well! It’s all about making it work for you!

      Cheers!
