We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

    That is a huge list of smoothies, is that one for every day, or two for every day? I am trying to understand the guidelines.. Do you only drink smoothies for 30 days?

      Hi Malka,

      This is not a fast or a restrictive diet, so you can eat regular meals during this challenge. We are making healthy lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime! Our goal for your is to drink at least one 2-cup serving green smoothie a day in addition to your regular diet. If you would like, you can replace 1 or 2 meals with green smoothies. If you drink green smoothies as meal replacements, make sure to add a protein boost (plant-based protein powder, nut milk, nut butter), or snack on some nuts or a hard-boiled egg 30-60 minutes after you drink your green smoothie.

    I really don’t know how I found this site, but I’m glad I did. I’m a little bummed that the next 30 day challenge doesn’t start until June1 because I’m really excited to try this. Are there any archives that I can read through…maybe to see some previous recipes (since I just read that you change them for every challenge) and/or to read some helpful tips on how to succeed in this challenge?

    Hi ladies,
    Do you send out new recipes with every live challenge, or is it the same set? I have been doing the April challenge and I love it! I have been eating more veggies and less meats and breads for the last three months, and I have already lost 17 pounds! I can’t live without my green smoothies, and I don’t even want cookies and pizza anymore! I also love the recipes from the 21 day cleanse. I haven’t started the actual cleanse yet, but I am testing out the recipes. Fabulous! Thank you!

    I started January 5th and im down 35 lbs. I eat normal dinners on the weekend and light during the week. 2 smoothies a day. A green veggie in the am and a banana fruit around 3pm. I sleep better and have more energy.

    I know I’m a little late, but I’m so incredibly excited to try this challenge. Just a few questions before starting.. I work extremely early in the mornings and was wondering what the most efficient way to do this is. If I prep for the week and freeze all the ingredients, can I just blend everything immediately out of the freezer each morning? Or should I blend them the night before and leave it in the fridge?

    Also, how often do you use this as a meal replacement? I’m planning to have it as breakfast, but would you recommend saving another half to bring to work at lunch? Thank you so much for this website, it’s so inspiring and helpful.

    I started this challenge a bit later.It’s as far the best thing I have done this year. I have some questions, though. What recipes are we supposed to blend the other two days of the week? You said the ingredients should suffice for every day of an entire week. But I am always left we half cups or even less. Keep being rawkstars!

      We see the weekends as “free days”. It’s a time for you to use up any remaining leafy greens + fruits, either by making up your own recipes, or repeating one of your favorites!
