We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

    numerous health benefits. Brush your teeth regularly with
    this paste and you will begin seeing noticeable results.
    Though it doesn’t mix well and floats on surface, it won’t taste
    oily or leave an oily aftertaste in your mouth.

    Any suggestion for diabetics? I shouldn’t eat to much fruit as it will raise my blood sugar levels…

Since we are not doctors or nutritionists, we suggest that any member of community with health concerns to speak to their healthcare provider to confirm that green smoothies and the natural sugars are okay for their eating plan.       I haven’t done this particular challenge but I would suggest you investigate how much fruit YOU can tolerate. To do so, start with 1 fruit serving per smoothie. Check your blood sugar levels after 20-30 minutes. If they’re still within the healthy range, add half a fruit to your next smoothie (so 1 1/2 fruit). Check your blood sugar levels again after 20-30 minutes. If they’re high, you’ll know that you can safely have only 1 fruit per smoothie.

      You could also add some ceylon cinnamon powder to your smoothies (start with 1/4 teaspoon and gradually increase to 1 tsp) to help regulate your blood sugar levels.

    So I just started I made one romaine , water and mango it gave me an extreme boost of energy this is the first time I have had a green smoothie I had my first child last year and promised myself I would do better I will make this particular smoothie in the morning time because of the big boost wow !!!

    It has been my 2 months greensmoothies lifestyle. Whatta so much fun to follow the 30 greensmoothies challange recipes given a month before. And now, greensmoothies has replaced my breakfast. Yeyyy!
    Since i take many advantages of this greensmoothies, especially the detox!amazing! I enjoy my time to invite my beloved (relatives, husband, friends) to take part doing #greensmoothies.
    Anyhow, im having big issues about rotating the veggies.. Help me please.. Many thanks…

    I wanted to replace a meal with a smoothie, so I tried a super green smoothie but it failed to kill my appetite.
    An Indian guy advised me to use the following;
    Pea Protein
    Shittake Powder
    Incan Berries
    Spirulina Powder

    I’ll be adding these to your recipes.

      3 apples, any variety, core removed
      4 medjool dates, pitted
      1 teaspoon cinnamon
