We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

    Hi. I’ve signed up for the next challenge and haven’t gotten the you’re in email yet. I’m thinking because I just realized that it’s not until April, right? My husband and I (some of my kids too) love the smoothies. I have done several of your challenges. It definitely helps to keep me on track. I havent been making many smoothies lately and my body is telling me so by craving fruit. Hard to come by some of my favorite fruits in the winter here in NJ.
    Anyway, Thanx for all you do to make the world a healthier happier place :)

      Have you tried this one:

      Berries are naturally sweet immunity boosters, low-calorie, and full of antioxidants. Kiwi is packed with vitamin C and an amazing fat-burning citrus fruit. We always keep several bags of frozen berries in the freezer— which is perfect for this recipe.

    yes i’m still interested although i’m not as trill as i first was, i’m a 58 1/2 yr old male at first i did your 30 day challenge at 252lbs with power walks & and now i’m at 219lbs, my doc say i’m anemic which i don’t feel like walking every day boarder line dibetic. i love food but hav been working on craving. don’t juice as much as i first did but every lil bit helps

    I’ve had at least one, usually two, and occasionally nothing but smoothies each day for the last 3 weeks, so I took today off, and had fruit and a spinach omelet for breakfast, which was OK. But then I ate mac & cheese dinner left-overs for lunch…and found I was still hungry and craving. To avoid junk food, I reached for the Jan challenge recipes and had a Gingerlicious. It was SO GOOD! and so FILLING! and COMPLETELY SATISFYING! Still haven’t lost any weight, but I have lost all the bloat, my clothes fit better, and I’m feeling more energetic and really well, so I’m gonna keep going and see what happens.

      Hey Kelly Ann. Our co-founder Jadah lost 20+ lbs by drink 1 green smoothie a day (16oz) + her normal lunch and dinner. Results may vary, depending on how active you are. But the leafy greens and fresh fruit are awesome fuel for your body.

    My old blender was bought to make baby food over 40 years ago, and there were lots of things it just didn’t do very well, so I just bought a new Nutri-Ninja. It came with lots of recipes, many for various kinds of “green” smoothies–which I tried and (mostly) liked. But many are not really very easy–too many “special” ingredients I don’t normally have around. So I am online this morning looking for easy green smoothie recipes, and your website was among the search entries. I am impressed! First, it’s very PERSONAL: I like all the easy explanations, personal responses, and member-add-ins. Second, joining is FREE. And Free is a Very Good Price. Third, it seems to be JUST what I’m looking for–really HEALTH-ENHANCING, really GOOD-TASTING, really EASY, recipes. And with weekly shopping lists! That, and the member comments, cinched it. Include me in!

      Hi Krisha.

      This is not a fast or a restrictive diet, so you can eat regular meals during this challenge. We are making healthy lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime! Our goal for you is to drink at least one 2-cup serving green smoothie a day in addition to your regular diet. If you would like, you can replace 1 or 2 meals with green smoothies. If you drink green smoothies as meal replacements, make sure to add a protein boost (plant-based protein powder, nut milk, nut butter), or snack on some nuts or a hard-boiled egg 30-60 minutes after you drink your green smoothie.

    I have been getting back into smoothies & came across this site – Fell in love! While I enjoy placing more veggies, I like having so many recipes available, especially the 30 day challenge! Its great to have a shopping list as it makes it 10x easier!

    I know the 30 day challenge is on the website, but is it possible to have Week 1, 2 & 3 emailed to me? That way I can easily access it for shopping – Thank you so much! =)

    Can I use frozen spinach or kale, or should I use fresh greens?

      You can definitely use frozen if that’s all you have. We say fresh is best but we know availability for some people is tricky so use what you can find. :)

      Hi there! Aim for a serving which equals around 16 ounces. Most of us drink 1-2 servings a day but do what feels good to you and your body!! :)
