We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

Two cups of fresh spinach never tasted so good…

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

Your body’s gonna be transformed from the inside out!

Get ready to crave real foods with natural vitamins and minerals that’ll truly nourish you.

“The best part was seeing my kids beg for my smoothies. My oldest son, who is 3 1/2, has Down syndrome and he is one picky eater. But he loved these! I’m looking forward to keeping with the habit and sharing with my kids.”

The idea of drinking spinach was a turn off at first. I’ve tried several diets and get bored easily. Since starting the Challenge I’ve lost 10 pounds! I’m sleeping a lot better, have more energy, and make better choices when it comes to my other meals throughout the day!

I’m ready to start this. I’m one week cigarette free, wanting to get healthy an not gain weight like I have before when I quit smoking.

Hey guys, really enjoying the 30-day smoothie challenge. I wondered if you had any advice for storage? I’m making the smoothies the night before because the Vitamix is too noisy to set off at 6am in our small apartment block. Trouble is, when I take them from the fridge in the morning, they are too solid and not drinkable through a straw. This happend with the Coconut Dream this morning. Should I leave it out over night instead of refrigerating?

    • SGS Rawkstar 1.27.2016 at 2:22 pm #

      Hi Laura,

Thanks for reaching out. Your coconut milk may be to blame. Are you using coconut milk from the can? While the container doesn’t matter in the long run, coconut milk from the can may have a higher fat content and therefore thicken when chilled. Next time try using coconut milk from your grocery’s refrigerator aisle and see if that helps when storing your green smoothie overnight.

      Cheers :)

I bought some shaker cup containers from Whole Foods for my smoothies. They have a metal-type shaker ball with a screw top lid that has a mouth piece that flips open. You just shake them before drinking. I make my smoothies at night and store in these cups to grab and go in the morning.

I joined the 30 day challenge but noticed there are only 23 days in it? Week 1 has 3 days and week 2, 3, 4 & 5 have 5 days, what went wrong here? My husband and I are loving it though.

    • Jane 1.24.2016 at 1:50 pm #

I was wondering the same thing Annette. I usually do my shopping for the upcoming week on Sunday and there is no shopping list to use this week.

      • Krista 1.25.2016 at 12:50 pm #

I was wondering the same thing. I am reusing some of my favorites to stay on challenge but am missing the 4th week recipes!!

      • SGS Rawkstar 1.25.2016 at 6:37 pm #

        Hi Annette, Jane, and Krista,

Thanks for your question! Our January 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge kicked-off on a Friday, so we shared 3 recipes to help get you through the weekend, and to start Week 2. You’ll see the following weeks have 5 recipes each. We use the weekends as “free days” to finish up any remaining ingredients or re-blend your favorite recipes from the week.

        Hope this helps! :)
