We challenge you to drink one green smoothie a day… for 30 days.

All it takes is a blender, your favorite fruits, some dark leafy green veggies and 10 minutes in the kitchen daily. It’s hands down the healthiest fast food!

During the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, we’ll be sending you weekly emails with shopping lists, recipes and tips to initiate you into our Green Smoothie tribe. Not only are green smoothies super fast to make, they also taste amazing. We pinky promise.

We have a rawkin’ green smoothie tribe that is passionate about spreadin’ the green smoothie love. We hope you join us! It all starts with the 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge, yet it doesn’t end there. Green smoothies are a lifestyle habit that usually continues way beyond 30 days.

During the challenge, you should still eat regular meals and move your body. Heck, you can even still drink soda, eat ice cream and maybe even a bag of chips (we aren’t here to judge). Yet by the end of the 30 days, we have a feeling you aren’t gonna want all those things as much as you used to (and we’ll celebrate with you!).

    Do your 30 days challenges use seasonal fruits and vegetables? I’m based in Australia, so will be in the opposite season and I wonder how easy/difficult it will be to source ingredients.

    Hello! How many calories are in the beginners luck smoothie? Also, how many days is a green smoothie good for after putting it in the fridge?

      Hi Sabrina,

      Thanks for reaching out! We personally don’t count calories, so we don’t include them in our recipes at this time. You’ll find that when you consume more nourishing whole fruits and veggies, you will not only feel full longer, but you’ll also have lessened cravings for high-calorie, nutritionally empty foods. So in the end it balances out. But we know many people would like to have calorie info. Three great resources for tracking calories are Self Nutrition Data, and the phone apps: My Fitness Pal and Lose It.

      Our smoothies will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two days. Know you’re going to be storing your green smoothie, add a small amount of lemon juice to help preserve their green goodness!

    I did the October 30 day challenge and I already see a change in my eating habits. With two kids, it was always a struggle to eat healthily for all of us. This has changed my diet life.

    I’ve been doing the challenge since 9/28 but I just officially signed up today! I prepare my smoothies at night to drink for breakfast the following day! I drink a green smoothie every time I crave something sweet It’s really helping me with my cravings! I workout 4 days a week and I feel great from the inside out! Green smoothies are perfect for the working on the go woman of today! I’m loving the results so far!!

    I done the 21 day detox and it changed my life! I just can’t seem to get enough recipes and I actually like being in the kitchen! Who would have ever thought?
