Thanks so much for doing this smoothies challenge. I especially enjoyed the peanut butter and Cacao powder one, but they all were great. I had gotten a little burnt out on my “old standbys” and enjoyed new, refreshing ones.

As a PA, I try to have healthy eating habits to set an example for patients. The Challenge and daily emails helped keep me on track!

The flavours of all the different smoothies has been awesome, to the point where I actually enjoyed the experience. Not usually one for drinking smoothies – but thought I would give it a go and it was definitely worth my time

I enjoyed this last smoothie and did make some changes in the previous smoothies too. I am pre diabetic and have high cholesterol so I’m trying to avoid the super sugary fruits like bananas and in this last smoothie recipe you said to swap it with frozen cauliflower, what a great idea!!!! You are right, the taste of it is pretty inexistent.. loved this idea!!!
I do smoothies daily and using ginger and turmeric in every single smoothie (love ginger) unfortunately at times the taste of ginger is prevalent to everything I use.
I loved this challenge because I learned how to mix, swap ingredients as my liking and healthier to my needs.
I read someone said it would be nice to have the challenge for be 2 weeks and I completely agree!!

I joined the challenge to renew my confidence in making smoothies. I was a green smoothie junkie about 13 years ago. We were an army family and I was on a weight loss and health renewal journey. Since my husband retired from the army, we’ve moved a few times, adjusted to civilian life and raised our kids. AND gotten older lol! I needed a kickstart to revitalize my health and ease my creaky joints. I enjoyed the recipes during the challenge. The PDF was very helpful, so thank you! I did add pea protein, chia seeds and sometimes oats to my smoothies depending on my needs for the day. I slept better and deeper overall, and felt refreshed when I woke up the next day. I didn’t lose any weight but I did have a lot less bloating. I plan to repeat the challenge this week and add an additional green smoothie each day. Thank you and your team for putting this even together. It has been a great experience!

I joined to try the smoothie recipes that give me alternatives for healthier eating. I enjoyed making all the recipes and only the honey turmeric smoothie was not for me, although with some tweaks it could be. I will work on the tweaks. I lost 4 pounds over the week so hoping I keep it off by rotating smoothies into my regular daily eating. I’m glad you added the PDF for the grocery list. I didn’t try any of the challenge deals (not that I didn’t like them, just didn’t get to take advantage of them), but with having the flu this week I don’t recall them, but you probably mentioned them at the pre-challenge workshop. I didn’t read many emails this week, so I may have missed that info if it was in an email. My inbox was inundated with emails every time someone posted a comment so I will have to figure out how to turn that off for future challenges as I miss finding other emails in the long list of smoothie challenge comments, which I just log in and read the comments on the website anyway. I really enjoyed the week, loved all the pics everyone posted. Maybe I will win a Vitamix one day that also has the option for the food processor bowl. I would love to get rid of my old food processor! I’m hoping you will do a soup challenge, which would be a great winter challenge as I eat more soup in the winter as a warm up. Thanks for a great week!

I joined because I have had your smoothies and they are delicious! I took part in the Plant-Based Cleanse and experienced how good I felt the weight loss and increased energy. So when I saw the New Year Smoothie Challenge I joined right away. In this challenge I tried smoothies I never would imagined I would like but they were surprising very good. I plan on doing this challenge by myself next week to keep it going. I will miss the community discussions because I enjoyed contributing how I modified my recipes as well as reading what other members did too. I made my smoothies later in the morning so I could read others comments and adjust mine accordingly if needed. I appreciate the swaps and substitution ideas since I am not a diary or non-dairy fan. Thank you having this challenge especially since I am focusing on self care and self love this year. Perfect way to start! I would make the Challenge Giveaways more clear. I missed out on this part of the challenge somehow.

I joined to get healthier and lose weight. All the recipes were a perfect balance and nothing wasted. I have more energy and happier overall in just one week. I a proud I was able to do it everyday and completed the challenge. Loved it. I lost some weight already and love the recipes. Only thing I would probably add dates to some of the less sweeter ones until I can completely kick my sugar addiction. I would also make the smoothies all in the morning instead of the evening due to the amount of energy I got from the smoothies.

I joined the smoothie challenge to learn more smoothie recipes and actually implement them. I enjoyed not only having recipes available to us but the extra tips on substitutes and ways to make meal replacement smoothies. I also enjoyed the online community interaction and learned from others as well. The results are incredible. I became more creative and motivated to try new recipes. I feel more energized and my cravings for unhealthy snacks have reduced during this week. I wouldn’t change anything! Thank you so much for this experience.

I love doing your challenge as I make smoothies daily and always get great ideas from Rawkstar and the community. I always feel great after drinking a smoothie knowing that it’s healthy and a way to get nutrients that I need. It does take a bit of planning but so worth it and it also helps those of us who are on the go. I never did have success doing the discussion on my iPhone so I had to always use my computer in order to participate in that. One or two days I wasn’t able to do that so I lost out on posting and entries into the challenge for the Vitamin so that was a little disappointing. Hope that can be corrected for next challenge. CHEEERS!

I joined to find new ways to add more fruit and veg to my day. The recipes selected for the challenge were delicious and able to be customised to add extra ingredients. The daily emails with other recipe suggestions are going to help me continue making my daily smoothies beyond the challenge. Great resources.
