Fresh Start: A 21-Day Cleanse is here!!! We have spent the last four months creating a 21-day cleanse that resonates with our green smoothie lifestyle. We love gulpin’ the greens, but it was time to take it a step further and chow down on meals that were just as wholesome and delicious. We partered with holistic nutritionist Meg Thompson and food photographer Lindsey Johnson to help us make a mouth-watering 21-day cleanse that RAWKS!
The gorgeous green smoothie popsicles pictured above are just one of 15 wholesomely delicious snack options included in the 21-Day Cleanse. It’s incredible, really! And to just give you a small taste of what’s inside the 84-page Cleanse Guide, we are sharing the Simple Berry Popsicle recipe below. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
SIMPLE BERRY POPSICLE | makes 6 servings
1 cup coconut milk, full fat
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup spinach, fresh
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into popsicle molds—if you don’t have any, feel free to use paper cups or small tumblers.
Place in the freezer until half frozen (check occasionally).
Stick in a popsicle stick and leave in the freezer until completely frozen.
