Fresh Start: A 21-Day Cleanse is here!!! We have spent the last four months creating a 21-day cleanse that resonates with our green smoothie lifestyle. We love gulpin’ the greens, but it was time to take it a step further and chow down on meals that were just as wholesome and delicious. We partered with holistic nutritionist Meg Thompson and food photographer Lindsey Johnson to help us make a mouth-watering 21-day cleanse that RAWKS!

The gorgeous green smoothie popsicles pictured above are just one of 15 wholesomely delicious snack options included in the 21-Day Cleanse. It’s incredible, really! And to just give you a small taste of what’s inside the 84-page Cleanse Guide, we are sharing the Simple Berry Popsicle recipe below. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

 

SIMPLE BERRY POPSICLE | makes 6 servings

1 cup coconut milk, full fat
1 banana
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup spinach, fresh

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into popsicle molds—if you don’t have any, feel free to use paper cups or small tumblers.

Place in the freezer until half frozen (check occasionally).

Stick in a popsicle stick and leave in the freezer until completely frozen.

    I am starting week 2 on Wednesday, there are a lot of questions on the fb page about the frittata’s. Many of us don’t eat eggs and I was wondering if you have any suggestions for an egg replacement. Someone thought chai seeds mixed with water as the base. Not sure how this would work but willing to give it a try. Just wondering, this cleanse is vegan why did this recipe get included? Just found it weird, wondering what the thought was behind this. Loving the cleanse, you guys did a wonderful job on it.

      Hi Shanell!
      Yes, the chia seed mix is a great substitute. Keep in mind that this is a vegan-friendly cleanse—not strictly vegan. We are working on a completely vegan cleanse currently, but it is not ready quite yet!

    Is the full fat coconut milk you’re referring to the thick one found in cans? I’m finding it hard to come accross organic or raw coconut milk. Do you recommend a certain kind or place to buy it from? Thanks

      Great question, Sanaa! We usually find the full fat ones in a can or tetra-paks. We get ours usually from Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Hope that helps! :)

    I am interested in starting this cleanse in September once school starts. Are the ingredients easy to find and the dishes easy to prepare?

      Hi Michelle! One of the main things we always try to focus on is simplicity. Now, cleansing isn’t the most easy and simple thing in the world, but we tried to make it as simple as we can :-) We should have a sample day up on our website soon, so lookout for that to get a better idea of what the cleanse is like.

    Is there an extraordinary amount of prep required for these meals? I need to take my lunch to work, and eat it in a half an hour. And dinners with 3 boys can be chaotic at best. so I need to be able to prepare ahead, and with limited time.
