I was a little bit nervous about the time to prep for the meals. Turns out quicker than cooking over the stove and oven. Had most of the ingredients already around in the fridge/house. Instead of the stove used blender.

I am an 84-year-old man who lives alone. I have adult children who keep a good eye on me, take me shopping weekly, and make sure I am able to contact them anytime I need to. I have tried the five-day challenge and made all of the smoothies. I am very pleased with all of them and will continue to search your field for more. I have been trying to change to a plant-based diet for some time now and have added your smoothies to the changes I have already been making. It has given me help to carry on. Thank you. David.

Sleep is better without caffeine. I may consider giving up coffee altogether thanks to the alternative beverages. Sometimes I think I simply enjoy holding a warm mug ritual.

My Word of 2026 is Cleanse. I want to cleanse my home, my phone, my mind, my bodyโ€ฆone of my goals was to do at least one of Jenโ€™s seasonal cleanses. I am so glad I did this Winter Cleanse. I feel great. I lost 7 pounds, experienced no bloating and gained energy. The recipes were so good. The prep directions were great. It really helped to have a few recipes made ahead of time. I will keep these recipes in my meal rotation going forward. I canโ€™t recommend this Cleanse enough. It rawks!!

I am a three times cancer survivor and I donโ€™t take that lightly..I cannot remembered when I started green smoothie or what year but I do recalled this is my fourth year so far I have started taking part In Your challenges ..Your green smoothies and Rainbow smoothie this year was by far my best, I was able to relaxed after my morning smoothie and not needed a single snack after ..I used your smoothie as part of my fasting in January and so far it has sustained me..I am not a fan of cauliflower and ginger in smoothie so those I will not repeat..I loved the cashew recipe quite a lot ..Thank you for being part of my survival journey and thank you for the tips of replacing pineapple as that is a deadly allergy for me..looking forward to trying many more of your food recipes as I have been doing for quite a while

The smoothies were great. I’m 77 yrs young. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ my body feels good, my knee is not hurting. I used to be very active, I had 3 children, when they went to college I started traveling. They married and had 10 grandchildren and I helped raise them and begin to gain weight. In 2023 I had brain surgery nothing was found . Praise God. I don’t do as much as I used to do but I still linedance everyday and I still ride my motorcycle. I only lost 4 lbs but I feel great I just want to say thank you. I will continue with the smoothie and eat a healthy dinner.

I did this Smoothie Challenge a few years ago. The smoothie recipes now are much better! I now know what I like and don’t like in my smoothies. What works for me and what is a “no”. I recommend others try this New Smoothie Challenge.

This was a great challenge for me. I love to learn new healthy ways to eat my veggies. When making these you think there is no way itโ€™ll be good but after itโ€™s put together they are amazing and are tasty. This is something Iโ€™m going to continue for a much healthier part of my life because it also makes me feel so much better.

I love smoothies! Making each smoothie was an adventure in my mouth, I used all frozen fruit to make it thicker! Thank you for the challenge, I switched it up to, a couple of times I had it for my dinner.

Having done this challenge where ingredients and directions were right there made this totally doable easy and they tasted GREAT!! So happy I gave this a try it was FREE so you won’t regret it. I feel amazing!!! And no wasted ingredients was a huge plus!!!

I thought this would be a lot harder- it was not that bad. The food list and prepping really helped. I feel amazing and am sleeping better and I have more energy. I have lost 5 lbs too! Highly recommend. The smoothies taste amazing.

I Joined This Challenge To Help Me Reset My Body And My Habits Back To A More Plant Based Lifestyle, Especially After The Holidays. I Looked Forward To Each Email, As They Were Informative And Full Of Great Tips To Help Me Make My Smoothies Better. The Pictures From The Emails Was A Little Peek Into The Colorful And Delicious Looking Blog. The Smoothies On The Blog Seemed To Literally Jump Off The Page ๐Ÿ˜Š When I Made My Own Smoothies They Tasted As Delicious As They Looked. Each Smoothie Was Delicious And Easy To Make. The first week was the hardest with headaches/migraines everyday. The second & third weeks were magical for me and so eye opening. I know Jen said we’d sleep better, our skin would glow, we’d have more energy, yada yada yada; but honestly, I didn’t think it could happen this quick (in 3-weeks time). I thought, “sure in a month or two, I might experience these benefits!” But, starting in week 2, I was sleeping all night, my skin was changing, my focus and clarity were sharper, late night cravings for ice cream were gone, and the energy was not only felt or noticed by me, but my husband noticed. I’m sold! Jen knows what she’s doing and the recipes are amazing! There are recipes I would never have thought to try or put together the ingredients she choose. Who knew walnut could be turned into ‘taco meat’, lo! That was a new and scary recipe I tried and absolutely LOVE it! I have learned so much and my taste buds have been pleasantly surprised and super happy, lol! My family is benefiting from everything I’m learning as well. I also have lost 7+ pounds over the past 3 weeks. It’s not a ton of weight, but a great start and I’ll take it and continue forward. This is such a fantastic program. So thankful I’ve decided to join. See you on the inside of Rawk the Year! ๐Ÿ˜‰

The fall cleanse experience was amazing! I thought it was going to be tough and was a bit skeptical, but I was proven wrong. The smoothies, meals and snacks were easy to prepare and switch around if needed. The grocery lists made it easy to shop. Everything was so full of flavor and left my hunger satisfied ( no more late night cravings or snacking) I lost 10 lbs and got some energy back.

The cleanse is always a good way to reset and tweak what you are doing especially if you have been plant based for years. I like the fact that the meals are set for the day-this doesnโ€™t mean you canโ€™t switch things up but you have a 3 week plan to go by without thinking about it. There are also alternate recipes you can choose from.
