Hereโs what real women experienced when they kept the smoothie habit going with a simple plan and a little structure:
People have noticed my skin and say I have a glow. I’ve also dropped 7 pounds and have done nothing different except drink a smoothie in the morning and cook occasional plant-based meals.

Kathy Thayer
Since starting the smoothie challenge, I’ve kept going and lost 15 pounds so far. I feel great, less bloated, better skin, I recover faster from hard workouts and I feel better about my diet.

Brittany Jilek
So easy! I was skeptical because I’m a very picky eater, but I gave it a shot. I can honestly say that I am officially on the daily smoothie train to stay!

Kiersten Thompson
In two months, I went from 202 pounds to 186 pounds. These smoothies help me crave healthier foods.

I can’t give it a full rating yet, I signed up, but just started today, the issue I am having is I can’t get access to the recipes for days 3 – 5. I already did the shopping. Does anyone know how I can access the recipes. The first one was delicious. And I am looking forward to having the one tomorrow for breakfast. I just hope I can get the recipes for the other 3 days.

Way to get shopping and started!!! I would search your inbox for “Day 3: Strawberry Smoothie w/ 37g Protein” and it’ll pop up. I can see we sent it to you on June 24 (and then Day 4 and 5 were the next two days). Check spam and junkโ since they can land in there if you didn’t move our emails to your primary folder yet. You can also go to any challenge email you do have and click the “Summer Smoothie Challenge link” to go to the portal with all the recipes in one spot.
The drinks were great and refreshing, especially the green drink
I had a really fantastic experience with this challenge โฆactually followed it through! First time that is happened! I feel so light and my son says my eyes are brighter !
the challenge was easy and tasty also the healthy pasta salad was a good recipe. the how to posts and videos were a great help as well
I keep up with 1 smoothie a day, will continue to improve. Winter time I create easy soup’s. Love my Vitamix blender!
These challenges always come at the right time in my life, when I’ve fallen off the bandwagon of healthy eating. I appreciate the simplicity and healthiness of the smoothies, and they are ALWAYS delicious!
I really enjoyed participating in this smoothie challenge. The recipes were easy to follow, used wholesome ingredients, and gave me the confidence to try new flavors and combinations. Adding watermelon and cherries into the smoothies were a refreshing, delicious bonus!
One of the biggest takeaways for me was realizing that healthy eating can be simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. This challenge gave me fresh ideas that I’ll continue using long after it’s over. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, delicious way to incorporate more nutritious foods into their daily routine.
Simply delicious recipes were a great motivation to eat healthier!
We have smoothies every day but just dump in spinach or fresh fruit with ice. The frozen fruit was so much nicer and tastier. We will go on using the recipes now.
With the exception of one day, the smoothies were a breakfast replacement. It was a great way to start the day guaranteeing I got some servings of fruit in daily. I never would have used frozen cauliflower in a smoothie ever.
Super delicious, easy to make and perfect for a quick breakfast, lunch and dinner
My family already loved smoothies and made the regularly, but this challenge gave us so many new ideas and recipes! I found several recipes I will be coming back to and learned new techniques and ingredients to improve any smoothie we make. Highly recommend one of Jenโs challenges no matter your level of experience or comfort with smoothies!
I have been making smoothies for years and I’m always up for new ideas, which you have in your newsletter and recipes, thank you! Also, you present a very good intro for people who haven’t been making smoothies, you explain it step by step and it’s never too daunting.
I really enjoyed the challenge. I always _want_ to make smoothies but often just don’t, and the challenge is helping me to develop a regular habit. Using frozen fruits makes things so quick and easy. All five smoothies were great, but my favorites were Tuesday’s green smoothie (it really surprised me how much I loved it) and Thursday’s mango smoothie, followed by the cherry smoothie. I already went out to get more frozen fruit and spinach to make even more!
Easy, quick recipes. Enjoyed the variety & learning substitutions for bananas, dairy & fluids, makes it encouraging to continue making more smoothies during the summer!
I drink smoothies here in Arizona especially in the summer heat!
Been blending for some time and got in a rut. The new ideas and change up of ingredients really enthused me to continue. Very healthy as well.
I loved learning new combinations of things to put in a smoothie. I never would have thought to put frozen cauliflower in, and I just froze my own. Super easy.
The challenge gave me a plan i was able to stick to and look forward to.
After having a smoothie I try eat healthier for the rest of the day.
I really enjoyed the variety of smoothies and flavors were great- my favorite was the watermelon smoothie!
