Mango Orange Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ orange peeled
- ½ cup mango frozen
- ½ banana
- 1 serving homemade protein powder optional
Instructions
- Blend spinach, coconut water and oranges. Puree until smooth.
- Add mango and banana, and blend again.

It was good.
This was good, but still a bit sweet for me. I used kale instead of spinach and I added mint and a turmeric smoothie cube. I need to add more vegies or back off on the fruit.
This one was good tho I didn’t have coconut water so I used plain water. I think it would have been better with the coconut water.

Another great smoothie, especially with coconut water. My husband and I have been drinking one everyday. They are great with cacao nibs. Day 2 I added protein powder and it was excellent. There are no bad smoothies.
This one has been one of the best thus far.

This smoothie was delicious. I added 2Tbs coconut oil and 4Tbs chia. It was wonderfully tropical.
This was a really yummy recipe! I had a bag of mystery citrus & I ended up using a blood orange instead of an orange. That blood orange really added an extra layer of yum.
this is the sweetest one I’ve had since day one.
I cheated and added more mangoes just because I love them and with the coconut water which is good natural hydration for our bodies just hit the spot for me. I also like that even with the extra mangoes it wasn’t sweet.
Loving this recipe I can really taste the mango & absolutely no hint of citrus (I froze the orange). This makes it a winner for me, adding to my keeper list.

All four of my kids did Not like this one. I don’t think they like the tropical flavor of it.

Greg, if you’re concerned about the amount of natural sugar in your smoothie, you can flip the ratio of greens to fruit. 🙂
