I am a three times cancer survivor and I donโt take that lightly..I cannot remembered when I started green smoothie or what year but I do recalled this is my fourth year so far I have started taking part In Your challenges ..Your green smoothies and Rainbow smoothie this year was by far my best, I was able to relaxed after my morning smoothie and not needed a single snack after ..I used your smoothie as part of my fasting in January and so far it has sustained me..I am not a fan of cauliflower and ginger in smoothie so those I will not repeat..I loved the cashew recipe quite a lot ..Thank you for being part of my survival journey and thank you for the tips of replacing pineapple as that is a deadly allergy for me..looking forward to trying many more of your food recipes as I have been doing for quite a while
The smoothies were great. I’m 77 yrs young. ๐ my body feels good, my knee is not hurting. I used to be very active, I had 3 children, when they went to college I started traveling. They married and had 10 grandchildren and I helped raise them and begin to gain weight. In 2023 I had brain surgery nothing was found . Praise God. I don’t do as much as I used to do but I still linedance everyday and I still ride my motorcycle. I only lost 4 lbs but I feel great I just want to say thank you. I will continue with the smoothie and eat a healthy dinner.
I love how “simple” these smoothies are and that each recipe is just enough for one great smoothie. Thank you for the challenge!

I did this Smoothie Challenge a few years ago. The smoothie recipes now are much better! I now know what I like and don’t like in my smoothies. What works for me and what is a “no”. I recommend others try this New Smoothie Challenge.
This was a great challenge for me. I love to learn new healthy ways to eat my veggies. When making these you think there is no way itโll be good but after itโs put together they are amazing and are tasty. This is something Iโm going to continue for a much healthier part of my life because it also makes me feel so much better.
I love smoothies! Making each smoothie was an adventure in my mouth, I used all frozen fruit to make it thicker! Thank you for the challenge, I switched it up to, a couple of times I had it for my dinner.
Having done this challenge where ingredients and directions were right there made this totally doable easy and they tasted GREAT!! So happy I gave this a try it was FREE so you won’t regret it. I feel amazing!!! And no wasted ingredients was a huge plus!!!
I thought this would be a lot harder- it was not that bad. The food list and prepping really helped. I feel amazing and am sleeping better and I have more energy. I have lost 5 lbs too! Highly recommend. The smoothies taste amazing.

I Looked Forward To Each Email, As They Were Informative And Full Of Great Tips To Help Me Make My Smoothies Better. The Pictures From The Emails Was A Little Peek Into The Colorful And Delicious Looking Blog. The Smoothies On The Blog Seemed To Literally Jump Off The Page ๐ When I Made My Own Smoothies They Tasted As Delicious As They Looked. Each Smoothie Was Delicious And Easy To Make. I Enjoy Experimenting With My Smoothies, Using Cauliflower, Yes!! I Liked That. I Also Enjoyed Prepping A Few Of My Smoothie Bags, This Made It Easy To Take With Me On The Go. These smoothies were so refreshing and helped fill me up with actual nutrients! The amazing flavors had me looking forward to my daily smoothie.
I got off to a late start so made one more soup this week. It was the creamy vegetable soup. This soup was really delicious and completely changed my mind about cashew cream which added such a nice flavor and texture. I will definitely make it again but with less pepper. The soup challenge was great and 5 days work better for me than 10.
The challenge had a good variety of soups, as usual, but the creamy vegetable soup was definitely my favorite.
I love these challenges because it allows me to make meals without the worry of how much, what to add, how long to cook etc. They always turn out exactly as shown.
This challenge has been a great way to kick off Fall and be prepared for cooler weather. The recipes are easy to follow and there is minimal prep required. Jen does a great job blending flavors while amping up nutrition. I plan to make this soup challenge part of my “List of thing to do in Fall”. I now have 16 souper meals in my freezer (the rest where consumed)!
I really felt overwhelmed with all the days I was going to have to do something. I did get off track and could not doe it two of the days. I did catch up.
