Congratulations! A new year and a new you has arrived. Are you excited to make green smoothies a part of your everyday life? First step, make sure you signed up for The Challenge, where we send a weekly email telling you all about it.
Our goal is to have you add more plant-based foods to your diet, by making at least one green smoothie a day packed with leafy green vegetables and fruits. In order to do that, we ask you to replace at least one meal a day with a green smoothie. If you want to take it a step further, try drinking two green smoothies a day. This is not a restrictive diet, so feel free to eat regular meals during the challenge.

Simple Green Smoothies Challenge details:
For the next five days (Jan 2-6), we want you to commit to drinking at least one green smoothie a day. It can be the breakfast of champions, the healthy fast-food lunch or even the lean and mean dinner. It’s up to you! We recommend you start with the Beginner’s Luck smoothie. If you haven’t signed up for the challenge, now is the time to do so! Click here to get started. If you wish to try other recipes during this time, feel free to try them out. Have some fun with this!
For the next 30 days, we challenge you to:
1. Replace at least one meal a day with a green smoothie.
2. Check your email every Friday. Weekly emails are sent every Friday with a 7-day challenge, a few recipes for inspiration and a shopping list for guidance.
3. Download the ebook for some green smoothie 101 tips and recipes (if you haven’t already). There is no attachment in the email we sent you– the book will download once you click on the text that says “Download…”
