    Haven’t determined why I lost my weight still unfortunately. Many tests later. Am now 47 kgs and 172 cm tall, so mighty skinny these days… Have been really enjoying my smoothies… Loving the creativity you guys are sharing… So my next question is carbs…. Can you suggest how to increase my carbs? Hoping that will help…. I have no meat, dairy, eggs or gluten in my diet and really enjoying the creativity but isn’t helping me put back any weight…. HELP!!!!

      Great question, Jenni. We don’t have any resources on carbs at the time, but will look into it.

    Hi Dan,

    I’m with Jenni on this one, I undertook a 5 day water day last month (no food for 5 days, yes crazy i know!) and I am also looking to put on some weight.

    Do you have a great recipe idea for this?

    Hi team
    I started yesterday, am in Australia, so first day was yesterday! Just wanting a bit of advice please. I made my first smoothie and took half to work to drink during the day.. Forgot to take a pic… Sorry about that! My question is this… I am trying to put weight on, not take it off… I lost a whole lot of weight over the last few months .. Still trying to work out why… Whole other story. Anyway, question is can I add some protein powder to the smoothies and maybe use coconut milk in place of some of the water for example? Aiming to increase my protein … Grateful for your thoughts..thanks in advance
