Avocado Banana Smoothie (High-Protein & Creamy)

This creamy avocado banana smoothie blends spinach, mango, and protein into a quick, balanced meal. With healthy fats, natural carbs, and about 29 grams of protein, it keeps you full and energized—perfect for busy mornings or a refreshing post-workout boost.

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup mango frozen
  • 1 serving protein powder unsweetened + unflavored

Instructions 

  • Blend spinach and water on high speed until smooth.
  • Add avocado, banana and mango and blend again.
  • Add in protein powder and blend on low to mix.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

    Don’t usually have avocado I my morning smoothie but it totally works! Hoping that good fat will help with keeping me full till lunch. Def worth trying this smoothie. Add protein powder (I did) for breakfast replacement!

    This smoothie is SUPER simple to make – I already had all the ingredients on hand. The vibrant green colour and yummy taste was a true hit with my kids. They named it the HULK smoothie I loved the refreshing, light taste of the mixture of mango, banana, avo and spinach. I also really loved that it was made with water to make it quite frugal and not sugary!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

      2nd time making this, first time I didn’t like it, I added too much spinach. This time less spinach, it tasted better, but not a fan. I love avocado , but have never added it to a smoothie, it cam out nice a creamy.

    I enjoyed this green smoothie. The only thing I did wrong was I didn’t use frozen mangoes but fresh. Where the smoothie was smooth and creamy it wasn’t really cold enough. So word to the wise if it calls for frozen fruit at least pop your fresh fruit in the freezer that morning

      It is 100% not wrong to use fresh fruits in place of frozen fruits. That is always an option for any and all smoothies and fresh fruits are sometimes a little sweeter! Frozen fruits just make smoothies colder, plus you can buy a large bag and it lasts forever!

    This is so delicious and creamy! I used half water/half coconut milk, added a teaspoon of bee pollen and a scoop of my green good powder. Awesome smoothie. It left me feeling thankful to start my day fueled with good stuff

    I used 1/4 avocado since 1/2 seemed like a lot. Still super creamy. My banana and mango were frozen as well. I like the way the mango covers up the spinach flavor.
