- Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing

- Feel free to swap the banana out for ½ avocado if you want to cut the fruit sugars even more.
- If your spinach goes bad quickly, learn to freeze spinach so you always have some on hand.
- Swap spinach with the leafy green vegetables of your choice.

This one was O.K., I added the plant protein powder, so this was breakfast for today. I would have liked a little more flavor, it just seemed a little flat.
Def feel free to add more peach next time to up that flavor profile, Laura. Way to start the 10-Day Challenge strong with adding protein powder!
I did not have peaches so used 2 cups of tangerines. I think that is a recipe from another day of the smoothie challenge. Really good. Funny how you can barely taste the spinach.
Very good. I added the Simple Green homemade protein powder and made a meal out of it. I didn’t have peaches, and the store was out of frozen peaches, so I used frozen mangos. I will definitely make this again. Looking forward to making it with peaches next time.
Yay Joyce! Yes, mangoes, nectarines or apricots all make great subs for peaches.
Light and refreshing, not overly sweet
I added a little collagen powder to mine. This smoothie is not bad. Maybe I need some fresh country peaches. My frozen didn’t have enough flavor. Thank goodness summer is around the corner. To remedy this I added a couple antioxidant booster cubes. The hint of ginger gave me the kick I wanted.
Such pro add-ins Tamara. Way to blend!
Who know Spinach could be so yummy! I guess Popeye was right all along!
Toot toot! We totally agree Karen! 🙂
Love everything about this smoothie— banana and peaches are delicious together!
I love peaches, but this was not my favorite flavor, although , to be fair, I didn’t measure carefully. I may not have used as many peaches as called for and probably used more spinach. Even though this is lower sugar, which I appreciate, I don’t do as well with too much fruit. I do think the flavor could be enhanced with some ginger, cardamom, or cinnamon. I’m thinking next time I might add blueberries or mango along with the peaches and make it with oatmilk instead of water.
Will make this one often.
Simple, light, refreshing, and a great smoothie to start a spring green smoothie challenge. Wasn’t as peachy as I was expecting but that could have been cause I used a whole small banana. Also used milk instead of water so I had a bit of a peaches and cream flavour.
Liked it well enough but not a super wow…though that could have been because I used canned peaches, rinsed well. It’s all I could find for peaches in my area at the time.
Very good! Also added Vanilla protein.
Delicious! Love how it still tastes great even when you switch out the spinach to kale and vice versa
Light and refreshing! I boosted with a coconut smoothie cube to add some healthy fats and make it a little more creamy.
Such a refreshing smoothie! Simple, easy and delicious. I think this might be on repeat now!
Deliciously sweet, creamy and satisfying. Enjoyed every bit of it.
Yummy Deliciousness. I added extra peaches and some protein powder..
Yeeeeaaaahhh Baaabbbyyyy.
I’m excited to be more consistent with my smoothies and to try these new recipes.
Yes JQue! Love that you are using the 10-Day Green Smoothie Challenge to get that plant-rawkin consistency!
Smooth and delicious! Added vanilla protein powder for meal. Low sugar too
So refreshing and simple. Nice for a quick easy healthy shake. Great way to start the 10 day challenge.
I thought it was very good, I added the protein I bought from you which was great too.
