I did not like this smoothie at all, but my wife did. I like lemon but in more subtle amounts. My wife likes lemon but said it was quite sour. Will try again but with less lemon or add some frozen berries.
An excellent smoothie I had forgotten about keeping as much pith as possible
If you don’t like lemon, this isn’t for you! I was concerned about the ginger & turmeric, but, surprisingly, I liked it. The lemon masked the ginger so it wasn’t as overwhelming which was very welcome.
Iโm not crazy about lemon acidity and I used only 1/2 lemon and added 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt. It was just a perfect balance for me, enough taste of lemon and the ginger wasnโt overpowering.

Way to much lemon
I made this during the cleanse but it was missing something for me. I made it this time with mango and a scoop of vanilla protein powder and vanilla kefir.
I think Iโve went to heaven! So good, taste like a super lemony tart creamsicle.

Very tart taste, but as I drink the smoothie it’s not bad at all. Light & refreshing!
